In 2005 I started Liverpool’s first boot camps in Sefton Park. Originally the class was only open to my personal training clients but as more and more of their friends started to attend and gain incredible weight loss results we opened the doors to the general public in 2007.
When designing the boot camps around clients who were not having regular personal training I wanted to offer the same results and service as having one of my personal trainers but at a fraction of the cost.
We had clients who were attending the boot camp for weddings, bikini workouts for their holiday’s,wanting to lose inches and weight for Christmas.........We basically had to come up with a service that is unrivalled in boot camps across Liverpool and Merseyside and one that offered people the chance of training with fully qualified personal trainers who understand what it takes to achieve results, and who are training clients throughout the day in all walks of life. At unbelievable results.
And we have achieved that.
This is not like any fitness class or boot camp program in Liverpool. This is a boot camp class designed for both men and women which guarantees you results, an outdoor semi private personal training boot camp class.
What's Involved In Our Weight Loss Fitness Boot Camp In Liverpool
The first thing i want to make really clear is that my boot camps is not an army or military style boot camp
Our fitness boot camps are run by fully qualified and insured personal trainers. When they are not teaching the boot camp they are training clients 1-2-1 throughout the week. These same principles used for personal training are transferred to our fitness boot camps. We will never shout, scream, insult or intimidate you in to working out. However, we do ensure you get the results you want......
We plan and structure every session over the 12 week period. Nothing is made up on the night of the camps and by doing this we ensure all our clients progress and develop to the results they want. We can also prove our programs work by the fitness assessments clients take on weeks 1, 6 and 12.
Not anyone can join our fitness boot camp
With our fitness boot camp we deliberately run them on 12 week blocks and cap the numbers. If you are looking for a program that lets you come and go when you like, turn up late, don't turn up if it rains, go out on the drink and miss sessions, or pay then only come to 3-4 then this is not for you.
Our clients have to attend at least 80% (28 sessions) of the boot camp. If they do not then they are not allowed to re sign up to our next program or future boot camps. The reason we do this is that while it would be a good way to make money in having people pay and not come you won't get results. And because our reputation has been built up on referrals and clients success we will never adopt this approach.
Clients on our fitness boot camp program are accountable for their results.
Our clients are monitored and held accountable for their results. They are fitness tested and measured on week's 1,6 and 12 and their results are assessed by the trainer. They sign a partnership agreement at the start of the camp explaining exactly what is expected of them and if they break any of the rules they are 'sacked' from the camp.
They/You need to understand how important it is to us and my business that ALL clients attending the fitness boot camps get results well beyond what they would have got at other camps and gym's. And nothing our clients achieve is through extreme dieting, shakes or pills. Just from following our advice and guidelines.
